Blave Returns and Refunds Policy
We’re committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Below is our returns and refunds policy, crafted to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
• Damaged or Defective Items:
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Email us at support@blaveworld.store with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Because all Blave products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for:
• Incorrect sizes (please refer to the size guide before ordering).
• Buyer’s remorse.
• Personalized or custom items.
• Incorrect Address:
• If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, the package will be returned to the supplier’s facility or donated. Re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Refunds
• Refunds will only be issued for:
• Damaged or defective products.
• Orders lost in transit (verified by the carrier).
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the claim is approved.
3. Exchanges
• Need a different size? Unfortunately, because each item is made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges. Please use our detailed size guide to ensure the perfect fit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the item is defective or damaged, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
• For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. How to Submit a Claim
1. Email us at support@blaveworld.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include the following:
• Your order number.
• Photos clearly showing the issue (e.g., damage, defect, incorrect item).
3. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund
